ContentTypeMiddleware

Content type middleware simply adds content-type header to all request.

It defaults to application/json, but can be configured to add anything.

const client = new Client();

client.addMiddleware(new ContentTypeMiddleware("text/xml")); // not passing anything will default to application/json
